If something goes wrong
If you're unhappy with anything we've done, tell us. We'd much rather hear it from you than not hear it at all.
Start by calling us
07399 691247 or [email protected]. Most things get sorted the same day.
If that doesn't settle it
Write to Anthony Onomuodeke at 97 Rose Street, Chadderton, Oldham OL9 8ER. We'll acknowledge it within 3 working days and give you a full response within 20 working days. If it is going to take longer than that, we'll tell you why and when to expect it.
If you're still not satisfied
You can take it to the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman, who look at complaints about care services free of charge. You can also contact the Care Quality Commission about the quality of care — they don't investigate individual complaints, but they use what you tell them when they inspect.
If it's about your information
Complaints about how we've handled personal data go a different route. Our privacy notice explains how to raise it with us and how to take it to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Complaining will never affect the care you or your relative receive.
