From your first call to the first visit
Five steps, and you can stop at any of them.
Talk to us
Twenty minutes on the phone. We tell you whether we can reach you, roughly what it would cost, and how soon we could start. No charge, no commitment.
We come and see you
We visit the home, meet everyone involved and look at what is actually needed — the stairs, the medication, the times of day that are hard. No charge for this either.
A written care plan
We write down what we will do, when, and who by. You read it and agree it. Nothing begins until you have seen the cost in writing.
Meet your carer
You meet them before their first shift. If it is not the right fit, tell us and we will change it. You do not have to explain why.
Care begins
The plan is reviewed as things change. There is a folder in the house where carers write up every visit, and you are welcome to read it any time.
If it's urgent
Hospital discharges and sudden changes don't wait. Call us and say it's urgent. We'll tell you honestly and quickly whether we can help — we'd rather say no in an hour than leave you waiting a week.
