Most websites greet you with a banner asking permission to store things on your device. This one does not, because it does not store anything.

What this site stores on your device

Nothing. No cookies, no local storage, no session storage, no device fingerprinting, no advertising identifiers. You can check with your browser's developer tools on any page here.

Why there is no consent banner

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, a site needs your consent before it stores information on your device or reads information already there. This site does neither, so there is nothing to ask you about. A banner would be a box to dismiss and nothing more, and we would rather not put one in the way of someone trying to find a phone number.

Analytics

We do not use any. There is no Google Analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no social media embed anywhere on this site. We do not know who you are, which pages you looked at, or where you came from.

If we ever add visitor numbers, we will use a cookieless, privacy-first tool that does not identify anyone, and we will say so here. If we ever added something that did require consent, a banner would appear and it would ask properly, with a real choice.

The spam check on our forms

The contact and application forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell a person from a bot. It runs only on those two pages, and only because without it the forms would fill with automated rubbish and real enquiries would get lost.

Turnstile looks at how the browser behaves rather than at who you are. It does not use tracking cookies and is not used to build a profile of you or to show you advertising. Because it exists solely to deliver a service you asked for — sending us your message — it falls under the strictly necessary exemption and does not require consent.

If you would rather not use it, call us on 07399 691247 instead. The phone is the fastest route to us anyway.

Server logs

Our host keeps short-term technical records of requests — the kind every web server keeps — to deliver pages and block attacks. These are not used to identify or track visitors, and our own logs record that a form was submitted, never what was in it.

That is a separate matter from cookies, and it is set out in full in our privacy notice.
