This website is not a care contract
Nothing here is an offer to provide care, and sending an enquiry does not commit either of us to anything. If we go ahead, you get a written care plan and a written price, and nothing begins until you have read and agreed both. Those documents, not this website, set out what we will do.
The information here is general
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but it describes our service in general terms. It is not medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not advice about an individual's care needs. Do not act on it in place of speaking to us, your GP, a social worker or the local authority.
Prices, availability and coverage areas change. What we tell you on the phone or in writing for your own situation always takes precedence over anything on this site.
This website and our forms are not monitored around the clock and must never be used to report an emergency or an urgent change in someone's condition.
Regulation
Personal care in England is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. We do not claim to be CQC registered, and we will not deliver regulated personal care until we are. When registration is granted, our registration number and inspection reports will appear on this site.
Using the site
You may read, print and share these pages for your own use or to help someone arrange care. You may not copy the site to pass off as your own, scrape it in bulk, try to break into it, or use the forms to send spam, abuse or anything unlawful.
The words, layout, logo and illustrations on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. The town and postcode lists are facts and you are welcome to them.
Sending us an enquiry or an application
Please tell us the truth on the forms, and please do not send us someone else's personal or health information unless you are entitled to. What we do with what you send is set out in the privacy notice.
The forms use a spam check to keep automated submissions out. If it blocks you, phone us — we would rather take the call.
Links to other websites
Where we link to the NHS, a council, the Care Quality Commission or an ombudsman, we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what is on them.
If something goes wrong with the site
We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for loss caused by relying on general information here rather than asking us directly. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else which cannot lawfully be limited — and none of it affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Changes, and which law applies
We may update these terms; the date below tells you when we last did. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
